Observation

During a phone conversation with the staff, the licensor was informed that the child involved in the intake was unstable when walking. The licensor was told that because of this the staff did not let the child on the climbing structure unless he was being actively supervised. This incident occured when the child climbed onto the structure while staff were unaware, where he fell and hit his head. ?? "No observation provided."
